1. When buying from GoCaffee.ee you can choose one of the following ways of delivery:
- Omniva Parcel Machines
- Omniva Courier delivery to the specified delivery address.
2. International delivery of goods

The goods can be delivered to any country in Europe. The cost of delivery is specified separately. If you need to send the goods to a country other than Estonia, please email us about it via info@gocaffee.ee

3. Delivery time of goods

3.1. Omniva Post Office. Delivery time is up to three days, usually faster. SMS code to the machine door for parcel delivery is sent to the Client. The parcel remains in the parcel machine for 7 calendar days.

3.2. Parcels are loaded and unloaded according to the time of filling and emptying of the parcel dispenser specified in the schedule. This table is available at Omniva www.omniva.ee.

3.3. The recipient will be informed of the dispatch and that the dispatch arrived at the indicated address by SMS / e-mail. The message contains the necessary access code to open the door.

3.4. If the parcel is not picked up during the period of storage in the parcel machine (7 days), the parcel is returned to the sender, the Client shall pay the cost of the parcel return.

3.5 Omniva courier delivery. Delivery time is up to three days, usually faster. Courier calls the Client and coordinates the delivery time.

3.6. The shipment is delivered by courier on the next business day after handing over from 8 am to 8 pm. Small islands are served in transport lots.

3.7. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the Client, the Client will be notified by SMS or e-mail of the parcel’s location at the post office, where it will be available within 15 calendar days.

3.8. If the parcel is not demanded during the waiting period, it is returned to the sender, the Client shall pay the cost of the parcel return.

4. Return of goods

If the received goods do not correspond to the Client's order, the Client can return the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving them. To return, the Client must send a notification within the specified period (14 days) to the e-mail address info@gocaffee.ee.

2. Payment is made by bank links

2.1 You can pay at GoCaffee.ee online store via the following bank links: SEB, Swedbank, Citadele, Luminor, Coop Pank, LHV

2.2 Select the bank to get a link that will take you to the appropriate online banking page, where you enter your user ID and passwords. The payment will then be displayed. The payment in the online store GoCaffee.ee will be credited to GorizianaEesti OÜ. Confirm the respective payment. Wait until the bank sends you back to the store, or click on the "Back to the merchant" button.


3. Payment by card

3.1 In the online store GoCaffee.ee you can pay by Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.

3.2 Card payment works globally, regardless of the country of residence of the Client.

3.3 In case of repeated purchases you can also use one-click card payment and make regular payments.
